Ordered july 14, only received panels quickly, however as of the fridge itself, i have been waiting about a month now for even an update. I have left many emails and called them consistently to know ive been ignored. I would understand better with an explanation of why there could be delays. Conversating with your customers is the best way to go about things. Yet been ignored to the point i ask family members from another place with another number to have them answer it would be shipped in a week, 2 weeks ago. Wheres my update on the fridge? When is it shipping? The webpage clearly said it was in stock. What are the excuses?

Purchased item on July 23rd, sent an email on July 30th, resent email on Aug 10 as well as left a voice mail; no responses & have not received purchase item. Terrible customer service. Will be contacting bank to do a charge back. Ordered parts July 9th no parts yet. Terrible service even worse communication no response to phone calls e-mails and no parts. Problem solved GOT A REFUND TODAY.

Item Still has not shipped in 8 days. All phone numbers provided on the website are not working, VM is all full.... No response via web submission either...... I just want what I paid for.

I ordered a part that could not be found anywhere. In the meantime I sent several emails and tried to call numerous times to get an update on my order. I ordered on June 29th and August 1st attempted to cancel my order. Immediately I received a phone call and verified I would like to cancel and receive a refund. Almost a week later and I cannot reach anyone via phone or email and my account status still says awaiting shipment.
