Does the Rt Hand know what the L hand is doing there?
Ordered and paid for Item April 8. The ONLY communication I received from them, was a short email on April 11, telling me the item was back ordered. As it turned out, they shipped the item in June. (Didn't tell me, didn't provide a tracking #) UPS screwed up and never delivered to my house, and sent item back to Vendor. Vendor never notified me that the item had been returned, but they kept my $. Didn't find any of this out until I posted a negative review, early October. THEN (and only then) did I get any communication from them. Had to order item again, and again got notice that item is on back order. Since the item is an obscure one, I bet they still have the original one that UPS returned to them. If I get the item sometime soon, I will remove this review.

Mr. Rose, I see quite a bit of communication via Email with regards to the door. You currently have an open order for the freezer door that was just placed less than a week ago when we found out the issue with the lost package. We cannot speed up the process of a special order item like this and sometimes shipping errors happen. I don't want you to get put in the same situation as before so I am going to go ahead and have this cancelled. Please do not reorder the part.
