We got off to a rocky start, I ordered the part but started getting the request for a review before the product arrived. In fact, it hadn't even been shipped yet. I sent an email to Erin at customer service and got an immediate response. After a quick check she resolved the issue and I had the item I purchased within a couple of days. Overall, a great experience! A big thank you to Erin!

I am not a big fan of AI , i would rather talk to a live person. However it was after hours and the AI answered my questions and assured that I was ordering the right part. Everything came in on time and worked perfectly. Thank you.

Received part in timely manner. Now I have to say this upfront, I have never worked on a 3way refrigerator nor do I know the history on what has changed on the one I have. Ordered thermostat for it and one received did not match what I have. Installed it and made it work. This morning the refrigerator is cold and will keep a check on it, but at least it is working.

I never recieved tracking info. Requested tracking info no reply. Currently do not know where item is weeks latter.

Ordered online. When checking out and paying with Apple Pay, my delivery address was changed. When i got email i quicky responded saying that the delivery addeess was wrong. They totally took care of it without any problems!
