Customer service never picked up the phone. Never returned calls. I called more than once and was willing to buy the product but never heard from you again. Great stories on Trump like going for him

Only because you asked.
I have been informed that the part(s) I ordered are on backorder. That is unfortunate but not your fault. It happens. But I recently looked at my credit card account and found that I was already charged the full amount on 9/27. That is not something I would have expected until the complete order is actually shipped.

Customer service was great
Customer service was great. I called them for recommendation on what I needed to consider between the available parts. So far, it seems I have made the correct choice.
