Hello Pamela. Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear about your latest experience. Our hotel-style clean for a 2 bedroom unit is estimated to last approximately 1 hour and 5 minutes. Although there is a suggested timeframe, our Housekeepers should still follow the Minte standards and provide the full scope of services included in the hotel-style clean.
