Rebecca has been cleaning my apartment for a few months now since I started the service and has done a great job every time. I look forward to going home every other Wednesday after it is done and cannot say how much it has helped keep my apartment organized. Minte is a great service and Rebecca does an A+ job!

I’ve used The Minte twice for deep cleans - I work from home and am somewhat of a neat freak, so hiring a cleaning service was really to help get my 1 bedroom apartment is sparkling order. The first deep clean was great, which I scheduled a few weeks after getting a puppy (so my apartment really needed it) - everything was well cleaned, with exception the shower which I would have liked seen cleaned a little more, and I felt as though my money was well spent. The second cleaning was really disappointing - everything was moved or reorganized (I know that’s part of the game, but I spent 20 minutes afterwards putting things back into logical order), the floor was left streaky and kind of sticky, and the cleaning products left a weird smell in my apartment (I’m all about bleach, but this was something musty and strange). In general, I felt as though that second cleaning was a complete waste of money. I will say that the convenience factor is nice, and since they’re coordinated through my apartment’s management office, I do feel as though they are trustworthy people. I would also appreciate if there was some alert to let you know that the cleaning has begun, as well as more specific times for scheduling. Overall, I’m unimpressed and will probably use another service if I want to get my apartment cleaned in the future.
