My order is missing the thermometer proe that comes with the extender. I only received one probe that I purchased separately.

It took to long back and forth between suggestions. It seams there is a lot of issues with your product since the time laps between communications. But the end results (replacement) was appreciated.

The MeatStick itself is a great product. However, I sent several emails to the company asking questions and never got a response. So, while the product is great, don’t expect good support.

Could only get one of my new sticks to connect. So same problem I had with the old ones can’t count on them to work. They eat batteries put new ones and then they are dead. I have one 4x charger and it never works and it’s been to long to do anything about it. My fault got fed up and just started using wired Thermal works that I bought. I appreciate what you did replacing the sticks you didn’t have to at least one worked now.

Being able to see the temperature profile from edge to interior is going to be useful when I slow smoke a ribeye to get uniform medium rare.
Response from The MeatStickSep 25, 2024
We're thrilled to hear that the MeatStick 4X Set is proving useful for achieving a uniform medium rare when slow smoking your ribeye. Your feedback means a lot to us, and we can't wait to see what you cook up next! Happy grilling!
