The customer service was great
The customer service was great! They were very prompt at resolving the issue. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the MeatStick device itself had issues. I haven't used the device so often that it should have failed in the first place. However, the customer service rep did a great job to remedy!

Great customer service
Had an issue with my MeatStick and though it was out of warranty they sent me a brand new one!

Did a pork butt and it went very well
Did a pork butt and it went very well. Just used it ounce, looking forward to doing a brisket.

Great service
I have been struggling with the Meatstick but I must say that the customer service is excellent. My Meatstick was not measuring internal temperature, and even though the warranty was not valid anymore Meatstick replaced it free of charge and it seems that the new one is working perfectly.

I enjoy using this product and well…
I enjoy using this product and well after my warranty expires I had a problem with my stick and they helped me buy offering me a new stick.
