Great product, works just how i wanted it to and better!

The CS seems to always imply that the issue(s) are user error. You have to send photos of everything, repeatedly answer questions that may have previously been communicated. This company seems to want to make it so frustrating for the customer that they give up on getting the product fixed. And the app, when it works, is good but there constantly seem to be connection issues.

One probe was defective. Support was helpful and replaced the probe.

Functionally, it's been pretty good. The fact you have to log in and make an account is absurd. Register the device directly with a QR code to the app on the phone and BAM you don't need a login.

Have had multiple products purchased and sent by this company. Have had no major issues and customer service has been excellent for the minor issues I have had. The MeatStick duo continues the product evolution cycle and could not imagine cooking without The MeatStick.

I absolutely love using my meatstick duo! Its app is super easy to use and the device makes it stress free at the grill. The probes read temperature spot on and the app displays the temp as well as the device. I highly recommend buying any meatstick products for all your cooking needs.
