Faulty product and terrible customer service A RADO watch I bought from The Luxury Direct Store is supposed to have 80hrs of reserve power per specification. However, the watch stops running after 9 to 10 hours of not wearing it. I reached out to customer service; they responded once asking for pictures of the watch and after that they never responded to my e-mails, and they flagged me out. In other words, they can receive my communications, but their web shows me that my correspondence does not go through. It looks like they are not responding so that their 14 days return policy has passed and they are not able to return the item. I recommend buyers to be cautious before buying any item from this merchant. It is worth it to buy from a retail store even though it could be a little more money.

I received my Hamilton PSR watch today. It is perfect. Exactly as picture. The best price so far of any online store. Definitely will shop with you again!

Great prices and overall a great experience. The only reason that I am not giving a five star is because when I placed the order I selected 5-6 days delivery option. It was more like a two week turn around with poor initial communication when first inquired on the status of my purchase. Would I attempt to make another purchase from them, Absolutely YES!!

They scan me out of $427 dollars never received my item and the tracking number they provided show item in post office. Contacted many times and they never returned my emails. They work out of a UPS store PO Box.
