I purchased a Tissot Désir from The Luxury Direct as a gift. Unfortunately, the watch arrived nonfunctional, which was disappointing. Once I contacted the company about the problem, Austyn spoke with me and helped arrange the return. They agreed to replace the watch, but the model I purchased is currently backordered with no estimated arrival date. Austyn offered two other models or a refund as alternatives. I appreciate the clear communication and the options they’ve provided. I’m giving four stars for how they have handled the issue so far. I’m still waiting for a working watch or a refund, and I’ll update this review once the matter is complete.

The customer service was great, once the watch was shipped, I received it within 3 days. Unfortunately it did take about a week and a few days to be shipped out, assuming it was back ordered or they were waiting for a confirmation from somewhere.
