Maria provided excellent customer service throuhout the whole process. Received the watch promptly and it was new, in mint condition, and beautiful. Due to some sizing issues with my smallish wrist had to return for refund. Maria made sure my refund was issued promptly.

I had a great experience shopping on theluxurydirect.com. The website is easy to use, and they have a nice selection of products. My order was delivered on time, and the item was exactly as described. The packaging was neat, and everything looked high quality. Customer service was also helpful when I had a question. I’m happy with my purchase and would recommend this site to others looking for luxury items at good prices.

I recently purchased a Seiko watch from Luxury Direct, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with both the product and the shopping experience as their customer services were also pleasant. I want to give a special mention to Kathy, the customer service representative who assisted me. She was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions promptly and assured once the product was delivered to me. What stood out just as much was Luxury Direct’s service. The ordering process was smooth, the packaging was secure and premium, and the delivery was faster than expected. The watch arrived in pristine condition, with all original tags, documentation, and warranty intact. If you’re considering buying a Seiko or any luxury watch, I can confidently recommend Luxury Direct. I’ll definitely be returning for future purchases!

The watch I ordered is certainly legitimate and arrived in it's original box with all tags, papers, and protective film still applied. The free shipping did not meet the "7-10 business days" time frame and I actually didn't get any shipping updates until after I contacted the company via email on day 11; I did start getting updates almost immediately after I contacted them and received the watch a few days later. The price did beat all the other grey market sellers and I got the watch before Father's Day so I don't really mind the delay. In summary, if your willing to deal with slower order fulfillment and shipping delays, you can really save some money with the Luxury Direct.

Tina was absolutely amazing—she patiently answered every single query I had and went above and beyond by checking back and forth to ensure everything was perfect. Her customer service truly stood out. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a trustworthy place to buy luxury watches online. As my friends are all watch enthusiasts, I will definitely be recommending Luxury Direct to them as well. Great service, great selection!

Placed the order for Seiko watch for my dad’s birthday anniversary, arrived on time, looks nice and original… hope he will like it, and it will work accurately.
