Absolutely horrible wait time for a refund, THE FASTEST response time when trying to purchase and the slowest when trying to return and communicate I returned an item and they said they initiated the refund this refund took about a month to hit my account they wouldn’t provide any invoice nothing just that it’s being processed and it takes some time then they claim that it had already been refunded when it had not and when I demand a invoice the card used wasn’t even the last 4 of mine I have no idea who they refunded but it was not the card I used to pay for it on the invoice different card completely, I disputed the transaction of course it was taking a month and they wouldn’t return my money I was genuinely convinced I got scammed they ending up sending a week after the dispute never purchasing again

Be careful! I can only warn you to order here. I received the watches I ordered, but the customer service is non-existent. I contacted them several times and did not receive any reply. They advertise "Free Returns" but there is absolutely no way to return something, without customer service replying to contact attempts. If there is anything wrong with your order, good luck!

Do not order! Scammers! Placed an order for a watch November 27th. They said 7-10 days. It is December 30th. Where is the watch?

Horrible company. I purchased a watch in Black Friday. They sent a shipping notice the next day but after a few days the tracking was untrackable. After contacting them I was told they have a 7-10 wait period. After waiting the waiting period I was told that unfortunately my watch was “damaged” and they didn’t know when a replacement would be available. Ultimately got a refund after several tense emails but avoid at all costs…

I bought a watch the first week of November , it’s Christmas Eve…. No watch, no response and no refund. No phone number or customer service. Very bad business

They do not disclose "handling times" and they carry no stock. If you order something they need to procure it, then they send it to you at some point. I realized this a couple days in and requested them to cancel the order, but they ignore any attempt to cancel. In other words, they won't cancel, even though they didn't get the product or ship it. That also means you will strike out if you want to return something, as there is no way they will acknowledge you. I finally had to open a dispute with Citi and am awaiting resolution.

First things first, I received the watch that I ordered. The two issues I have is that they should tell the customers that your order will ship out 10 days, or longer after you made your payment right up front. So customers don't feel like they just got robbed online. The other is poor email response time when you try to communicate with them. Once again I did get the watch I wanted and save about 550.00 dollars. It was worth the 3 week wait, but it wasn't worth the uncertainty of if I just got scammed out of my money.

TheLuxuryDirect website is fake I tried buying a casio watch from them and got a used and old watch. I emailed them the very next day and got the response from them saying that the watch that i have is not what they sent me. There is no point in getting into a fight. YOU will not get your money back. They are theives trying to rob you. NEVER buy from them. Chat is basically useless. try for yourself before you buy.. You message and will get a response from them in email after couple of days. There is no contact number to call them. Do not buy from them EVER.
