What an absolute joke of a company.
I ordered a watch that was listed as IN STOCK. Apparently, that was the first joke. It took about 10 days just to get a response. By the time someone finally contacted me, I was told that while preparing the watch for shipment, they discovered a scratch on the sapphire crystal and couldn’t send it. I was then told the watch was on backorder. Maybe that’s exactly what happened. But if you’ve owned sapphire crystal watches for years, that explanation definitely makes you raise an eyebrow. I have watches with sapphire crystals that I’ve worn daily for years—some for over a decade. The cases are scratched. The bracelets are scratched. Some look like they survived a natural disaster. The sapphire crystal? Still looks brand new. Yet somehow, this particular watch managed to develop a scratch on the one part famous for being incredibly difficult to scratch. That got my attention. Then I started reading other reviews, and things got even more interesting. I found multiple customers describing what appears to be the exact same experience: Order the item. Wait. “There’s a scratch.” “Sorry.” Suddenly, it’s on backorder. Same story. More than once. At that point, you start thinking, “Okay… that’s a little strange.” So naturally, I started doing some digging online. Because when a company takes 10 days or more to respond, the item you ordered supposedly develops a mysterious scratch, and then you find other customers describing remarkably similar situations, you eventually start asking questions. I came across someone describing what they believed was the company’s business model: you place an order, and only then do they try to source the item at a price that allows them to make a profit. If they can’t source it at that price, you get the “scratch/backorder” explanation. I have no way of knowing if that’s actually happening. But then I looked at the company’s own advertised shipping times, and that raised another eyebrow. They advertise an average shipping time of around 10 days. I mean… who takes 10 days just to ship an item that was supposedly already in stock? At that point, 10 days starts sounding less like “shipping time” and more like “let’s see if we can locate the watch first.” I’m not saying that’s what they’re doing. I have no way of knowing. But come on. Even AliExpress doesn’t need that much time to get something moving. Meanwhile, the watch was disappearing from other reputable retailers. That’s what really frustrated me. While I was waiting for these guys to figure out what planet my watch was currently orbiting, other reputable retailers sold out of the exact watch I wanted. I could have bought it elsewhere. I could have received it. I could have been wearing it. The only positive thing I can say is that the representative I eventually spoke with was polite and canceled my order without any hassle. He was actually great. Unfortunately, finding him was apparently the final boss. I had to call a few times because nobody was answering. When I finally reached voicemail, I was directed to an AOL email address. An AOL email address. In 2026. For a company selling luxury watches. I honestly checked my calendar. Then I checked it again. I thought maybe my phone had accidentally transported me back to 2004. The company also presents itself as an online-only retailer, yet I came across a review from someone claiming they walked into a store and bought watches in person. I looked up the address listed on the website, and it appears to be associated with a completely different business. Again, I have no way of knowing exactly what the explanation is. Then I started questioning some of the five-star reviews too. I have no way of knowing whether they’re legitimate, but after everything I experienced, I’d definitely recommend reading all the reviews carefully, especially the negative ones. At the end of the day, I got no watch. I wasted a ridiculous amount of time. I missed the opportunity to buy the watch from other reputable retailers while it was still available. If you’re considering ordering from this company, buyer beware. Read the reviews carefully before handing them your money. One star because zero stars wasn’t an option.

We remain willing to look into this matter should the customer provide the necessary information. Hello, First and foremost, we would like to clarify that we are unable to identify your order based on this review, as you have not provided an order number or any information that would allow us to locate your purchase and verify the circumstances described. Sapphire Crystal and Quality Inspection: While sapphire crystal is highly scratch-resistant, it is not completely scratch-proof. Depending on the material involved and the circumstances of contact, scratches can occur. If our representative informed you that a scratch was discovered during the pre-shipment quality inspection, that may very well have been the reason the watch could not be shipped. We do not knowingly ship damaged merchandise to our customers, and our quality-control procedures are intended to prevent such situations. 4.
