I purchased a watch from The Luxury Direct. The watch came in pristine condition. I needed to return the watch, contacted the company and heard back immediately. Maria S. was helpful and willing to work with me on receiving my refund. Good customer services as they were fast at responding and willing to work with their customers.

Received wrong watch without Bluetooth or strong solar charge

First things first, I received the watch that I ordered. The two issues I have is that they should tell the customers that your order will ship out 10 days, or longer after you made your payment right up front. So customers don't feel like they just got robbed online. The other is poor email response time when you try to communicate with them. Once again I did get the watch I wanted and save about 550.00 dollars. It was worth the 3 week wait, but it wasn't worth the uncertainty of if I just got scammed out of my money.
