Please folks don’t buy anything on this website, because you will never receive your item. I don’t know why this website hasn’t been taken down yet, they are scamming people. The only mode of contact in their website is their email address and no telephone number which is a red flag in my opinion!

The watch is beautiful! So glad Luxury had it in stock. It was well packed and shipped quickly! Husband loves it!!

Shipping was delayed, but other than that, all good with the order. Well packaged and no defects. They provided extra clear lenses as well.

Very quick shipment. Watch came in factory box with a warranty card and it looks great. Great transaction with no surprises. Will likely buy from them again.

Received a pair of Gucci sunglasses, the glasses have broken twice in less than six months. I reached out because the glasses do have a warranty and was told to "take them to an eyeglass store", LD does not repair products and will not be "coerced" into refunding money. If they were actually Gucci retailers, they would be required to work on them. I gave them every opportunity to fix before leaving review or filing action in court.

These guys are not legit. I placed an order then tried canceling. They can not be reached by phone and take days to respond to emails and chats. They charged by card, took weeks to send the watch. I had it sent back but they had the balls to show my bank the shipping invoice even though I had a proof from USPS the watch was received by a mail center in Sugar Land Tx. This could qualify as a mail order fraud and needs to be investigated.

I have still not received my product more than a month after placing the order. They say it is stuck with USPS but cannot offer and follow up or support for a vendor they are responsible for. I am not convinced they have shipped it at all. I have requested a refund multiple times and am now forced to work through a fraud claim with my credit card company. Avoid and spend your money at a more reputable store.

Why isn’t there zero star preference? I had ordered some parasol sunglasses from them. It went on for about two weeks and then I contacted them and they made up a story that they were damaged and could not ship me another pair because they were out of stock but in the meantime I had gone on and tried to order them from other companies and they were out of stock everywhere, so I’m convinced that they never had them in the first place. Then they said they initiated a refund 10 days later and behold still no refund now customer service by the name of Austyn will not respond anymore, so I filed a claim with my bank as they suggested. They’re obviously stalling for some reason this place is the biggest rip off ever lesson learned.
