Per your order number, it looks like you purchased our Light & Airy and Fairytales collections - these are unique collections made in-house and should be reflecting changes as advertised on the individual product pages. I'd love to work with you to see if these have been installed and are functioning as designed and will be following up with you via email!

Does work
Was not able to open any of the download to get to work on my mac. There is nothing this program offers to see what the problem is.

Oh no! Thanks for providing an order number! We have refreshed and resent your downloads! These files are offered in XMP and should install like traditional presets! We offer video and text guides on our help center for Quick Fix and a support team dedicated to 1:1 support via [email protected]! We'll work with you until we can get this solved!

Incredibly well done
The AI presets definitely exceeded my expectations. I’m not normally a fan of presets, however these targeted “purpose built” presets are amazing. I’ll get a lot of use from these for sure.

Importing can cause problems with presets!
Hannah solved a problem for me after days of being on the phone with Adobe! My presets were applying face skin softener to every photo! She discovered it was in my import! How it got there I do not recollect or know. I had spent three days 3 hours a day on this problem!

Gives you the added confidence knowing how your end results will look
As a landscape photographer, I needed to refocus on something not as adventurous for a while, but had no confidence in portrait/people photography as I found I could never get the WOW factor with developing. After a couple of mediocre purchases from other suppliers, the Luxe Lens was my last resort….and WOW!!! They are absolutely amazing, an absolute game changer. My confidence to head down the path portrait photography has gone to zero to 100, I’ve started sending out casting calls to friends as I know I will get the results I’m looking for…and can’t wait for this next journey of my photography…and to add they also work amazingly on my landscape photos.
