I am so sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your results! We understand every image is unique and sports photographers will encounter a vast range of shooting conditions and thus strive to provide transparent before & after examples on real JPG & RAW images from a variety of sources, include detailed visual guides to the collection, and offer 1:1 troubleshooting support over email. We'd love to work with you to get to the bottom of what's going wrong!

Our products should always work as designed and advertised! We list compatibility on each product page! It looks like you may have purchased something with compatibility that differs from your owned software, so we offered you an exchange for something that would work in your software!

Hello Joyce! There may be some confusion here! I am seeing evidence of the download link being delivered to your email at the time of purchase. I am also seeing evidence of a download registered for the preset files 13 days ago (on the day of purchase), and two additional downloads of our PDF guide made 2 hours ago! However, I have not seen any attempts made to reach out to our support address for support! We are happy to help with import and use if you are running into trouble from there!

Oh no! Sounds like there is some confusion! The 18 Adaptive & Effects tools wouldn't work in Evoto as they utilize native Adobe functionality to detect and create masks. This is not compatibility we determine on our end, and we do not list Evoto on the product page for this product. While we love that Evoto supports global (full image) presets, we do not advertise Evoto compatibility to avoid any confusion on this front. We also advise our users to apply any Adaptive presets in Lightroom before they "Edit in" Evoto. However, all of the presets should function exactly as advertised in compatible software! We are also always available to help 1:1 via [email protected]

Yes! These install just like your other develop presets! Effects presets install and function from your presets panel. So in Lightroom Classic, you would click "+" and select "Import Presets"! We responded to your support email, and we're looking forward to assisting you!

Hey Amy! This doesn't sound right! We'd love to help! It looks like you purchased our Sky Overlays. Did you check out our guide to using the Sky overlays with the Sky Replacement feature? You can find it over on the blog or reach out to our support team to point you in the right direction! With sky replacement, you can simply load in all your Luxe Skies and click through to preview and apply seamless blended skies!

Oh no! I am so sorry to hear this! Quick Fix should import whole .zip in all compatible software via "Import Presets" following the process designed by Adobe! I so wish you had reached out to our support team if there was any confusion about the process, as there should be no extra steps involved! Now, there are a variety of creative and corrective tools in this collection, all of which are listed on the product page and are discussed and previewed in the full collection walkthrough we have linked from the product page - were you able to review this prior to purchase? We also include a recipe guide and complementary 1:1 support! This collection is stackable, adjustable, and fully customizable to taste - we'd love to work with you to get things better suited to your personal workflow!
