This was my first time using a preset for a small photoshoot. I wanted fall vibes and consistency and this bundle was perfect for that! It created an amazing base line for the photos that I was then able to easily tweak if/when needed (though most of time I liked them as is once the preset was applied)

I made an error in my purchase, completely my fault. I got in touch with customer support and thought I would not hear for weeks! How wrong I was. Customer support got back to me really quickly and were so super helpful in providing a solution for my mistake. And the icing on the cake... the presets are great too!!
