The print was ok. It is my first time working with Fromex. Unfortunately the print picked up too much contrast. Shadow details got lost, highlight details went white. But as I said, it's my first time with them so, I didn't know how to judge the initial image I sent to them. It takes a moment to know how a company prints images.

Prints are good. They never answered my email after I made a mistake ordering online and tried to reach out.

Portfolio Review Prints I thought the tonal range was good, they were very timely in getting prints back in my hands. I didn't find that I needed to make any significant adjustments, what I saw on the screen was reflected in the prints.

I submitted what I thought was a high res photo, but the result was not as crisp as I hoped. Did the upload get downgraded, or was it still high res.

The whole experience was great. I am visually impaired and a women at desk took the time to help me through out whole process. I brought pictures in on my phone and she helped me find them and then she went to your website and completed process with me and my friend. Pictures were ready the very next day for our Celebration of Life for a dear friend.. The best customer I have had in a long long time. Pictures were great! Many thanks!

Picked up small prints of the regular sized prints as a preview, I was able to make adjustments for the final order.
