I ordered the 16x20 Pillars of Creation in metal print as a gift and my dad really enjoyed it. He's been a NASA fan his whole life so he was ecstatic! The colors are deep and vibrant, and shipping cam faster than expected. Metal costs more than the other options but it was so worth it. Would consider buying again for sure.

Well the pic is pixelated and blurry...if this was an issue with the projected size I purchased it would have been nice to know that as a warning...edit: thank you for the new print! It looks great and I appreciate the helpful customer service you offered!

Hi Jarrod, I'm sorry the print came out soft. The Mars image you picked comes from an older Hubble observation. It's on our shop because when it came out, it was one of the sharpest views of Mars ever taken from Earth's orbit, and a lot of people love it for that. The downside is that the original file is low resolution, so enlarging it to a big print shows its limits. We have much higher resolution images of Mars, and we'd be glad to send you one of those at no charge. If you'd rather have a refund, that's fine too. Please reply to the order confirmation email with which you'd like and we'll take care of it. We're also going to add a size warning to that product so this doesn't happen to someone else.

Wrong image was sent. I spent over a week trying to get a hold of Customer Service to sort this out, but nothing‘s working. Very disappointing.

I ordered 8 prints and they arrived quickly. They are all beautifully done and look amazing in my son's room. I will purchase more when we are adding to our collection.

I ordered a 10x20 picture of Cosmic Cliffs mounted on metal for my hubby who loves anything to do with NASA and space exploration. He was thrilled with it. The colors are vibrant and sharp and it was beautifully mounted.

Your query is premature; I haven't received the photo yet. db

Hi db, That's our mistake. I'm sorry about that. The review email is supposed to go out after the print is delivered, but it appears our system sent it out before you event got your print. I've checked on your print and it has been printed and is now being packaged for shipment. Thanks for your patience and sorry for the confusion! Jamie

Never received 1 of 2 items, no response to support emails. Had to contest credit card charge.

Phil — I'm sorry about this. Your order shipped from our lab in two packages, but only one tracking number reached us, so our system showed both items as delivered while your 30x40 was still in transit. The print has since arrived, and I've reached out directly to make the shipping charge right. We're fixing the split-shipment handling that caused it. — Jamie, Sky Image Lab
