Your company did a great job but Fed X did not. Overnight shipping turned into 2 1/2 day shipping in very cold weather. The fish arrived almost dead, floating on their sides in 62* water. 4 out of 6 still are not right .I will never order in cold weather again, Sincerely, Edward Woods
Response from The iFISH StoreJan 11, 2025
Hi Edward; Thank you for your feedback, and we truly apologize for the experience you had with shipping and the condition of your fish. We strive to ensure the best possible delivery, and it’s disappointing to hear that FedEx did not meet those expectations this time. Your concerns are important to us, and we encourage you to reach out directly so we can assist you further and ensure the remaining fish receive the care they need. We appreciate your understanding and hope to provide you with a better experience in the future.

Fish colors are not bright
Response from The iFISH StoreJan 2, 2025
Hello Jenkins; Thank you for your feedback! The fish you purchased are juvenile Discus, which often have a more subdued coloration compared to fully mature adults. This is completely normal and part of their natural growth process. As they mature, with a healthy diet and ideal tank conditions, their distinctive colors and patterns will develop beautifully. We’re confident you’ll see their full brilliance in time. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions about their care —we’re here to help!
