My fish were very healthy when I received them and acclimated themselves to there new environment very quickly.

Customer service has been helpful, and my fish have always arrived alive, a few died a few days later which is why it isn't 5-star. It was disappointing to see them die, but i know it happens.

I love the stainless steel ones in my garden. Bought one and then 2 more.

I was very happy with the fish I received. I have ordered fish online before and received fish that looked nothing like what I had ordered. These fish all arrived healthy even with a day delay in the shipping box. I am very pleased and would order again.

All fish arrived alive. Followed instructions thatbis sent with the fish. All did well but one. When put in the tank it acted weak and layed on its side. Took it out and put it in a small tank by itself for a few minutes and the fish recovered. The fish returned to the big tank about 5 minutes later. All fish are doing great. Why only a 4 star? That same fish that acted off lookes to have been smashed, or has deformities. The jaws are misaligned, and the side of its head looks off. Other then that, ill but again from IFISH store.
