All fish arrived live and healthy. I received them on june 11th and they are all still doing great!

Fish arrived fast and alive!

The fish arrived promptly and other than one whose bag was somehow upside down and all the water had leaked out, the rest arrived healthy and vibrant. Frank immediately responded to my email and assured me I could either get a refund or a replacement with my next order. This is my second time ordering from here and I’ve been very happy with them. Told him I will just wait for the replacement as I know I will certainly order from them again very soon!!

1 of 4 fish lived they made is past the 12 hour mark but were inactive and in poor health when arrived also could have been due to ups but still 60$ with shipping for a placo and 3 cory catfish and only the placo lives will not order again hopefully this helps others as well

This would be the 3rd purchase, all fish come exactly how they are pictured, If not more beautiful. Out of 35 fish I have received only one ended up dying, and they did a full free replacement. Will be buying more of my Africans from this site.
