Great experience

four fish died within two days
four fish died within two days, figured it wasn't your fault. everything was great. I was really pleased with the matching guppies, very attractive. People don't bother what guppies they send you.

My fish were still alive despite UPS…
My fish were still alive despite UPS missing the next day delivery. The fish were actually in the box for well over 48 hours. They look cool, I got a few different African cichlid.

I ordered 4 fish the 3 cichlids were…
I ordered 4 fish the 3 cichlids were fine and healthy the Oscar cichlid was dead !

Hello Stephen; We have a Live Arrival Guarantee and we ask that customers with fish that perish in transit notify us within 2 hours after receiving them by emailing us a photo of the perished fish. We will issue a credit on a future purchase or a refund in this case. We're sorry your Oscar perished in transit and would still like to offer you a credit or refund.
