Great experience, first online fish purchase. Would definitely recommend!

Its been a week since I received my fish. I ordered 10 cichlids, 1 arrived dead. I sent my picture of the DOA fish and will receive a replacement fish in my next order. This is to be expected. Once the fish are packed and leave IFish has no ability to ensure the fish will make it alive. However, they did an awesome job packing the fish for safe transport and all but 1 made it. The 9 fish that are alive are thriving and doing really well. I did make a 2nd order last week and expect to receive 13 more fish (2 extra for ordering 10 and the 1 replacement. The service I received was really good. I received email followup within a few hours from sending an email. Customer service really does care about its customers and the fish they take such good care in packaging for shipment the fish arrived calm and happy. I transferred the fish to take after a short 15 minute acclumation and fish responded well.
