Customer service from Valerie and Frank has always been exceptional. The Koi I received this last time 2 out of four Koi were not the quality i expected. The color of the Sanke Koi were not from the best selection.

This experience was the absolute best!!! They packaged my beautiful bunch individually, I ordered a total of 8 mixed Cichlids. The instructions for acclimating them was on point and haven’t seen any problems and today made 1 week in my Aquarium. Coloring on Red Peacock Cichlid and the Blue Peacock Cichlid is outstanding with blue iridescence throughout the face. I would love to share photos my bunch. I was soooo impressed with their selection. I will shop soon.
