No complaints on the ifish store.they do a fantastic job packaging their fish for shipment.my fish look great.just wish they would use a different shipping carrier instead of UPS.ups charges 40.00 dollars for next day shipping and often don't deliver until the day after the package is supposed to arrive.it cost the lives of 5 beautiful discus.the next time i ordered they did the same thing.luckally these were not doa but one was not far from death.i was able to revive it.they are doing great.thank you all at the iFISH store.

UPS was a day late but all the fish were packed well and arrived alive and looking good.

Good customer service and their packaging was very solid and safe for the fish. Only reason for 4 stars is because one of the fish I ordered (Blue Diamond Discus) was bright blue in the ad, but is actually gray/white instead.
