Great customer service.
I would of gave them a five star rating except for the shipping hassle. My order went cross country twice which ended up with DOA's due to UPS. Their customer service and response to emails are spot on. Frank and Valerie do a great job keeping in contact. The replacement shipment arrived a day late (UPS). Fish look great and adjusted just fine. So yeah all in all great fish and customer service.
