UPS lost my my first shipment of 6 discus, but ifish store promptly sent a replacement order and filed a claim with UPS. These are super people to work with their customer service is the best around. I could not be happier with the Discus I received, they arrived healthy and happy !!.

I had an overall satisfying experience recieving fish from the vendor. I did lose 2 of 12 fish the first day, otherwise I'd rate them a 5 star. My remaining 10 fish are going strong. I would recommend them for buying your fish online.

First order was fabulous. The second order was quicker but the water smelled so bad it was making me gag. The fish I got didn't even look close to the fish I ordered even as a juvenile. I know the juveniles take time to grow into the pictures but they at least resemble the adults. These didnt..... Very disappointed this time.
