The time frame it took to get the fish was fine and all of them arrived alive, but the size of the fish was smaller than i thought they would be. I thought i was getting 2" fish but they were all smaller than that.

So far so Good, all my Discus are good quality and look like what I ordered ( unlike others online sellers ). They came healthy and have all lived. Good prices, Very satisfied, and will use them again.

This is my first time owning a fish tank. I ordered 6 Discus from them, chose the colors, however, I did not receive the colors that I ordered. They are different colors. I was not home to receive them, my husband did. When I came home, I felt like something was wrong, however at the same time, I kept thinking maybe the colors will change eventually since they are still babies. One of them I ordered, they called me and said its out of stock. Instead they said I can wait or get a gold one. I said I will wait or if they have yellow, give me yellow. They claimed that they call the yellow color one gold. I said they can send it as long as its yellow color or I will just wait for the one I ordered. They sent the "yellow" but I don't see any yellow. Its straight up white. I googled and its called pearl white discus. Also the other two I ordered were (marlboro red and red melon), But they sent 2 of the same orange or very very fade red color. So I am not sure what is going on as I am new to keeping discuss. This is my first time ever buying it. I wish I could post pics here.

Unfortunately 9 of my fish died with in a week. This was my first and last time ordering fish online All but one looked ok upon arrival. But apparently they were sick. Big waste of money.

I am very happy with my order of live fish. I received them on time and with great instructions on how to transfer the fish from the shipping container into my pond.

Unfortunately, all but 3 of our 25 fish did not arrive alive. It was through no fault of The iFish Store. It was UPS delaying the the the “Next-Day” delivery of our order by at least a whole day, plus the bag was very warm to the touch when we unpacked it upon arrival (which leads us to believe that no attempt was made to maintain a certain temperature for a package marked “live animals”. UPS claims they cannot guarantee delivery times due to the COVID-19 situation (if that’s the case, they really should let the shipper and the recipient know that BEFORE they decide to pay $40 for “Next Day” delivery.) Frank at the iFish Store refunded us fully for both the fish and the shipping, even though we felt UPS was responsible.

All of but one of our cichlids arrived in great health, unfortunately one of the female peacocks was badly eaten up with fungus upon arrival however after about a week of treatment she managed to make a full recovery. Overall though the IFISH store is a great place to order African cichlids and all other aquatic life.
