The first order of African Cichlid fish arrived healthy and lively. I was so impressed with the service and shipment that I am awaiting another order of fish. Will def buy from the fish store from now on.

Excellent customer service! Ordered 11 fish and 10 arrived alive and healthy. Unfortunately one died during shipping but at no fault of the store. Called them up and received a refund that day for the one fish. Will definitely order from them again

I was skeptical about ordering fish from an internet shop. I must say I was thoroughly impressed. Ordered Sunday morning, all 18 fish arrived by Noon on Wednesday. All alive and healthy. I followed the acclimation process instructions exactly and all are still perfectly healthy after a couple of weeks in their new home. Would definitely order from here again.

I sent an email directly to the store because I didn’t want to air my grievance online. However, the only response I got was this email asking for a rating so I’ll paste most of what I sent in the email: I wanted to give you a heads up, the fish you sent me has a fungus and has infected the rest of the tank, which I am treating. Hopefully, they’ll make it. I’m not sure the new fish will. I’ve attached a picture of it laying on its side. It has both the velvet like white substance and white bumps, which may be ich or, hopefully not, discus plague. I should have quarantined it, I know, but I didn’t. I’m not asking for a replacement because I don’t want to pay for shipping again. Just simply letting you know so you can investigate other fish that you may be getting ready to send out.

Everything was exactly what I ordered, the colors of these fish was extremely nice. Very satisfied wish they had some more exotic fresh water Cichlids’s though. Delivery was very fast

Excellent shipping.no leak. I ordered 15 discus 3 free. All came healthy except 1 was lying side way for about 4 hours. Then start swimming. After a day he didn't make it. But other 17 discus looking good and healthy. Thank you ifishstore. I'll be ordering discus again. Waiting for the white diamond. 😁.
