Fish were safe and beautiful! They're doing amazing!

When I received my fish they looked good. Within a week they all perished. I had noticed some whit spots on them. I went to the pet store and they gave me medicine for them. But it was too late. I contacted customer service. I was asked a few questions and they asked for pictures of the perish fish. After supplying what they needed. They replaced all my fish and I only had to pay shipping. I am waiting on the new fish. I will watch them closely.

Fish look awesome! Make sure you give them a day and it’s amazing how the color will come back. Very happy with the price, quality, and customer service. Will be ordering more in future

I ordered and received Discus, they arrived on time, healthy and more beautiful than I could imagine! The price was generous compared to other fish stores and the staff is very friendly and extremely helpful with educating me on how to care for them and what to expect. I am very pleased and will continue to purchase through them!

I purchased some discus and they were shipped to me. The fish showed up very lively and acclimated to my aquarium within one day. They are all eating great and interacting with each other as would be expected with a healthy school of fish. Thank you very much Ifish.

I loved the sales, I loved the service, and whenever I emailed, a response was always there. Unfortunately UPS was supposed to ship my fish next day air, and didn't for 2.5 days. When I opened the box I was surprised to see the fish alive, however it has a been a real chore to keep them unstressed since then, and this morning it appears I may lose the battle. The iFish store was perfect, however UPS blew it for me and I am the one that will probably lose $40 worth of fish.

Great to deal with. Good communication and accommodating. Fish are beautiful and in good health. Will definitely use again when the time comes.

The fish were well packed and healthy. You can tell they care about them. This was my second order and I will order from them again
