Thank you so much for donating the food to your daughter! While we are sorry your dog was not a fan, we hope her pup absolutely loves every bite. If she wants a tip for introducing it, we recommend mixing a small amount with her dog's current food or gently warming it to enhance the natural flavors! We truly appreciate your thoughtfulness in sharing the meals, and we wish her pup a wonderful mealtime experience!

Thank you for sharing this with us, and we would love to help Kobe fall in love with his bowl! When dogs hold out until they are extra hungry, it often helps to enhance the meal's scent and texture. Try gently warming his food before serving to release those natural juices, or top it with a tiny sprinkle of his favorite dog-safe treat or warm water! Transitioning to structured meal times also builds anticipation so he looks forward to eating. We are cheering Kobe on and hope these small adjustments bring back his appetite!

Knowing your dogs love their meals brings a big smile to our team, but we want the experience to be just as great for you! We apologize for the difficulty with opening our cartons, as we know how important easy handling is. To make things lighter on your hands, we recommend using kitchen scissors to snip across the top seal rather than pulling it open manually. Thank you so much for your valuable feedback, and please reach out if we can help make mealtime easier in any way!
