You would have gotten 5 stars IF you…
You would have gotten 5 stars IF you had sent this order in 2 boxes as I requested. I had to get someone to help me move this box inside and he—HE— could barely lift it.

UPS Delivered to the wrong address!
We have not tried the product for taste or quality satisfaction yet. That will be later. But I do want to pass on that the carrier, UPS, delivered to the WRONG address and then sent a picture to prove it! I found it very inconvenient to have to hike across a field to retrieve my products from the neighbors! And even more irritating was having to explain to them why they have my packages! They were too heavy for me to carry so I had to have them help me. I would insist your carrier confirm the address before dumping the packages. In the big picture, they are the final representative of your Company, just like the cashier at the grocery store, …whether they are directly affiliated or not to the product. I request you pass this message onto UPS and ask they better represent you. Regards Raedell Marx

The delivery was actually a day early
The delivery was actually a day early! Bluey loves the food so much, she comes to tell me it’s meal time. The wet nose in the back of my knee is a dead giveaway that it’s dinner time!

Speedy delivery.
Speedy delivery. My dog didn't eat the first day based on the number of packets recommended. Adjusted amount today & she ate right down.

Perfect solution for our family!
The recipe ingredients are almost exactly what my vet suggested when I had to switch to cooking for my dogs because of health issues. The difference is minimal. I've been feeding my dogs blueberries and carrots (the difference in ingredients between Happy Howl and the food I make), but just not every day like with Happy Howl. That was my choice because it was easier for me, not because of my vet's recommendation. Anyway, I know my dogs will do well physically on your food... and they LOVE it! Happy Howl actually smells more appetizing than the food I make for them. Your product has freed us from work and worry, and will allow us to have more fun in the future. We know the food is just right for them, the dogs love it, I don't have to cook (Big WIN!), and it will make traveling with the dogs easier. Their diet restrictions were the main reason we have not traveled as much with the dogs as we used to. Happy Howl is the perfect solution for our family! Thank you!
