We started off on the wrong foot when my order did not include the spoon or bags and I felt that customer service thought I was not telling the truth. However, the mistake was fixed and my dog loves this food! Deliveries have been great. Bravo!

I have arthritis and can’t hardly get the package open and I want to cancel my subscription right away I can’t open the box’s

Thank you for bringing this to our attention! Our packaging is intentionally built sturdy so the food stays shelf-stable for two years, but we know that can make them hard to open by hand. Before you cancel, we recommend trying a quick snip with a pair of kitchen shears across the top, which makes opening them much easier! Your account is currently set for a 96-pack variety box to process next on November 8th. HAPPY Howl has been so accommodating every time I call with a concern. It is addressed and solved. The food is the main reason why I’m with the company also. My 15 yr old Chihuahua and his health has improved so much. I’ve had him on raw all his life, then gently cooked and nothing was working. His stool was still soft, especially when he got older. But now that I switched to HAPPY Howl for at least six months and his still is perfect. He’s doing great! I suggest everybody try this.
