This is my second order of Happy Howl and I couldn't be more pleased. My 9-year old Chi-weenie loves the food, but more importantly, she is healthier and has more energy since starting Happy Howl. She was a tad overweight and has lost a couple of pounds and looks great and acts like she's a youngster again. (Did I mention she's kind of a picky eater too? She loves the turkey.) My experience with the company has been strictly online and everything has gone smoothly. We are on auto delivery and I did postpone the first shipment by one week, but had no issues doing so online. I love that this is human grade food. Also like that it comes in cartons and is shelf stable and does not require refrigeration until open. We are customers for life.

I received another box I didn’t order. I’m trying to return it. Also my dog will not eat any flavor but the turkey, so I’d like to return all the flavors and exchange them for turkey.I’ve emailed you several times but no one is responding.

I've ordered from Happy Howls for several months now. My dogs love this food. I use it as a supplement to a small amount of kibble, and put a little broth on top, especially when it has been refrigerated. I order and it gets shipped very quickly! I highly recommend this food.
