Best food ever for my furbaby
My picky puppy loves the food and with changing it to happy howl her itching has slowed way down. The shipping is very good no more then a few days after the order goes in

Very satisfied with quick delivery and my dog seems to have more energy.
The orders are delivered quickly. Bentley seems to like the turkey meal. Always eats all of the portion I give him. The food has improved his bowel movements and he seems to have more energy and is back to playing like he did when he was younger. He will be 9 in February.

Our finicky-eater dog Max loves Happy Howl
Our finicky-eater dog Max, the chihuahua, LOVES Happy Howl! After trying just about every brand, including mail order and home cooked, we finally found his fav! Max has lost a pound in weight, which he needed. We mix a spoonful of pumpkin with the food for his tummy issues (which have dramatically improved since on HH). The packaging is convenient, as is the shipping delivery. And, we are helping our favorite Chihuahua Sanctuary, Big Guys Littles World. It’s a win-win!!

No response to many requests
Charged my credit card for AutoPay when I specifically many times told them to cancel AuotPay. Never shipped any product and forced me to file a dispute of the charge instead of simply refunding my money.

Hi Mike - thank you for your review. We have had multiple customer support representatives reach out to you trying to confirm your original request, although we continued to receive new messages from you as though we had not responded. We do fear that our response emails may have been going to your spam. We did originally put your order "on hold" waiting for your confirmation as it was unclear whether you wanted your subscription cancelled before or after that last order shipped. We did not receive a response and you had filed a chargeback with your bank. Once the chargeback is submitted, we are unable to refund your order and instead need to wait for your institution to complete their required process. We do apologize for the drop in communication but we promise we made multiple attempts with multiple people from Happy Howl to try and confirm your request before shipping and refunding. We hope we can help you in the future and can make for a much better experience in the future.
