I realize this is a fairly new company, but I am hoping the owners will hire more people to respond to inquiries in a more timely manner. I have been saddened by how long it takes to receive a response. On a positive note, the food has helped my little chihuahua with her digestive upsets and our picky eater eats each meal now. Two for the win!

I absolutely love your food but in this order I didn’t get the bags. I have never gotten the spoon in any order. I emailed about a week ago and never got a response. If you collide please send the bags and spoon to me that would be great and I could give you 5 stars Robin
