Refund finally received. It was confirmed the package was received to the supplier. All the back and forth completely unecessary. Company needs to improve on customer service, and customer relations. Very disorganized and unprofessional in how everything was handled. I wish the company success in the future but until customer service is improved, I would use Caution.

My dogs love this food and I love the convenience, however, the shipping boxes are not strong enough to handle the food. I lost a whole box of food due to a smashed up box. Some boxes were missing, they must have fallen out the hole.Some boxes were moldy because they were opened and some were just squished empty. Other than that, it's great food.

First off, my dog would not touch it! I took a picture of him rejecting the food, as requested and asked for a full refund. AFTER cancelling, you proceeded with sending me another box! I called customer service, I told them I am returning TWO BOXES, one for $54 and one for $89.99. You only sent me one return label for initial box, so I returned the second box unopened and labeled return to sender. I was refunded $54 for initial box but nothing for $89.99 box. I have emailed and NO RESPONSE, so I have file a claim with my bank.

Hi Jacqueline - we unfortunately cannot provide returns for product that is not received back at our facility. Our customer service phone number is launching in January '24 so we are certain you have not called us - although contacting us through our chat system, we do respond to all inquiries within one business day. If you can provide the tracking details on the return that has not yet been refunded, we would be happy to check on the status of the shipment with the carrier for you.

It arrived timely, and most importantly my dog loves the food! She can be a picky eater but she’s not since I’m feeding her happy howl. She gobbled it right up, licks the bowl clean.

These negative reviews are ridiculous - they honestly seem fake. I've been buying from this company for over 18 months and have had ZERO issues and customer service always helps when I reach out. 10/10
