Happy HowlWhere it started:Rocky changedeverything andI never set out to start a dog food company. My husky Rocky had the worst stomach on the planet. Years of vet visits, prescription diets, and hundreds spent on premium food brands. We tried everything. Nothing worked. So I decided to build it myself. 36 recipe iterations. Countless hours with vets and nutritionists. All chasing one question: what’s the best food we could possibly make for a dog? When we finally got it right, Rocky was the proof. He hasn't been sick in over 18 months. He runs three miles with me every morning. That's the standard every Happy Howl bowl is held to. Nothing less.Colin Buckley– Founder

My order was packed with care and promptly delivered. The food is sooooo good, Sassie loves it. I will never buy store kibble again! The spoon and storage bags are a nice touch. Thank you so much! From a happy chihuahua and her momma

My dogs love the food. But the delivery time table is hard to keep track because it says food has been shipped on the day I need it and it takes 4 or 5 days after that to get the actual food so I run out a day or two scramble for alternatives feeding. And I keep having to adjust my intervals from 2 weeks , 3 ,4 weeks .I have two small dogs so I order 2 shipments at a time and try to time the arrival of food best I can. Other than that I love the convenience of no refrigeration and ease of serving .

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re so glad to hear your pups love Happy Howl. 🐾 We understand that timing your deliveries can be tricky, especially with small dogs and multiple shipments. Our “shipped” notifications reflect when the order leaves our facility, and transit can take several days depending on location. To help, we send an upcoming order email 2 days before fulfillment, which gives a heads-up so you can adjust your schedule if needed. We appreciate your patience and flexibility, and we’ll share your feedback with our team as we continue working to make the ordering process even smoother. Our customer support team can help you with any subscription questions you have [email protected].

Shipped and received in a timely manner. Great product but my 7 month old chihauhau wouldn't eat it. She won't eat anything much unless I cook it fresh. Would have been nice to get trial size to start with to see if she would eat it and which ones she likes.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad your order arrived quickly and that you think highly of our product. We understand that every pup has their own tastes and preferences, especially little ones like your 7-month-old Chihuahua. Customers do have an option to purchase our sample pack on our website. Its a great first step for picky eaters.

Our Buddy just does not like dog food from anybody. We wish he did. That has nothing to do with your food. He just will not eat dog food. WE really do wish he would eat the dog food

Thank you for letting us know about Buddy. Some dogs are just very particular about what they eat, and it sounds like Buddy is one of those unique pups! We’re glad you gave Happy Howl a try, and we completely understand that every dog has their own preferences. If you’d like, we can provide tips for slowly introducing new foods or mixing them with favorites to encourage Buddy to try them in the future. Thank you for being part of the Happy Howl family!

I love that it can fit so well on my shelf and doesn’t come packaged in a huge box with styrofoam and ice packs. My Shiba Inu is a picky eater and she gobbles this down. Also, I love how wholesome the ingredients are. It includes more vegetables than what I add when I made her food and gives her better nutrition
