When transitioning to a rich, human-grade food like Happy Howl, a dog’s digestive system can take some time to adjust. We recommend slowing down the transition by mixing a small amount of Happy Howl with their previous food, or adding a spoonful of pure pumpkin puree to help firm up their stool. We do see that you have an active subscription scheduled to process on September 9th. Of all the dog foods we have tried
Of all the dog foods we have tried, my three dogs love happy howl the best. We only use it for breakfast but my dogs gobble it right up.

Both my dog and I love Happy Howl
My dog has lost 5 lbs just by switching to Happy Howl. NO digestive issues with the change of diet. I love the shelf stable aspect and the packaging. I have the delivery split into 2 boxes to make it somewhat more manageable for me to lift (was great to have that option) Managing my subscription was easy online when I realized I was having delivery too soon.

Excellent food for my little one
My dog absolutely loved the food so it’s a win win. However I did not receive the scoop with my order and have had no results after reaching out to you and sending pictures. I realize it’s a small issue but not something I would make up. With that said I will continue to order the food.

My dogs wont eat this
My dogs wont eat this. I put some in their bowls with other foods and they did not eat it. My order and delivery was fine. I will keep trying to see if they will eat it. I do not want a subscription

Hi there, I completely understand! Sometimes our pups need a little time to warm up to a new food, especially when they’re used to having something different. Since you’re willing to keep trying, I wanted to share a few tricks that may help make Happy Howl a little more appealing. I’ve also paused your subscription until December 1st, so you won’t have another shipment going out while you see how they do. You can decide what you’d like to do from there. In the meantime, here are a few picky-eater tricks to try: Feeding Tips to Try: -Start small & mix in: Try mixing a small amount of the food with something your pup already enjoys (like their previous food) and gradually increase the amount over a few days -Warm it up: Slightly warming the food can enhance the aroma and make it more enticing in a microwave safe bowl for 10 seconds (NOT in the packaging) -Add a topper: A splash of warm water, low-sodium bone broth, or even a little plain boiled chicken can help spark interest And just as a reminder, your subscription currently receives 40% off every recurring order, so if they end up becoming Happy Howl fans, you’ll still have that savings available. 😊 Hopefully one of these tricks does the job and we can win those picky little taste buds over!
