I’m getting charged for multiple orders…
I’m getting charged for multiple orders and I’m recharged the same day my order arrives. On top of that; it takes almost 2+ weeks to receive an order of food, where other companies do 2-4 day deliveries.

Also, each customer receives an upcoming order email 3 day prior to the order shipping. This is the cancellation window to adjust any orders.

I tried to cancel my order shortly…
I tried to cancel my order shortly after placing it because I realized it was wet food and my dog doesn’t like that kind of food. They were unable to stop the order so I was hoping maybe my dog would like it. She did not….also there are no directions or instructions included in the box that the food was delivered in..didn’t say how long its good after container is opened or even about refrigeration…

We’re very sorry for the frustration this caused and appreciate you sharing your experience. We completely understand how disappointing it can be to receive food your dog won’t eat, and we’re sorry your cancellation couldn’t be processed in time. For future reference, Happy Howl is shelf-stable until opened, and once opened, it should be stored in the refrigerator and used within 5 days. We also include feeding guidelines on our website, packaging and inserts.

My dogs love their Happy Howl and your…
My dogs love their Happy Howl and your customer service is always so helpful. We have a beagle and an Australian cattle dog they both love the food but our 5 pound Yorkie won’t eat it, He actually doesn’t eat mu of anything. Any ideas would be helpful. Thank you!!

All 4 of my dogs love this food
All 4 of my dogs love this food! Doesn’t stink & looks like something I would make in my kitchen. Great for vacations with dogs so they remain consistent.
