My dog will not go any if the flavors. Just turns her nose up and walks away.

I've tried a few home delivery fresh food plans but hated all the space needed in freezer to store them. Happy howl is more convenient since no refrigeration needed until package is opened! Plus, my dog LOVES it.

I received my regular shipment of 18 boxes of Happy Howl turkey flavor. After opening I noticed the first box did not look normal. It was very oily. I fed it to my chihuahua for awhile. She vomited a couple of times and had an unusual stool, so I texted Happy Howl. Steph was as nice as could be. She asked me to send them some pictures documenting the shipment and what my product looked like. It took me a few days to get this and get it texted in a format she could see clearly. She was so very patient, helpful, and polite with me. As soon as she received everything, she answered me very quickly and said that the shipment would be replaced. I was so impressed with Steph and how efficiently this problem was handled. I thank her and Happy Howl for taking care of me and my chi. I will happily and confidently recommend Happy Howl to all my friends and family with dogs. What excellent customer service!!!

Out of 4 Dogs, 3 Being Mastuff’s and a Frenxh Bulldog not 1 of them would eat this food! I reached out to the company via email and they stated that because I used their new customer discount code that I can't get a refund! I spent $800 on this food that my dogs wont eat. All they told me was to donate it to a shelter! However, after furthervresearcg it has Peas in it and Peas & Legumes cause Dilated Cardio Myopathy! Not what ild want to feed my dogs! A potential Cardia Situation that could result in the future from feeding your dog Peas & Legumes. That's why vets don't want you to feed Grain Free as it causes Dilated Cardio Myopathy. The Customer Service was RUDE as can be as well! I'm beyond disgusted that a company would treat a new customer like the way they treated me! I wouldn't feed dogs Happy Howl if they were starving! Yes, it's that bad! I'll stuck to MAEV! My dogs do well on MAEVbut, I wanted to change it up a little but so tried this Dog food to see if my dogs would like the food. Well, nope! Not 1 of them would eat it! Should've changed it to “Unhappy Bowel,” instead of Happy Howl!!! I'm NOT HAPPY & the company offered nothing but, for me to donate the food! NO REFUND GIVEN! So, here sits all of Happy Howl in my Dumpster!! If my dogs won't eat it there's got to be a reason why! I tried everything I could to get them to eat it through warming it ip, small portions and my dogs gave me a HARD NO!!! They w pl uldny even touch it with their Maev in there! I gave them they're Maev later on its own and they are that. So, Unhappy Bowel I DO NOT RECCOMEND!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

I did not read the fine print about the return policy, you would think they would make one time exception. I am SO Upset. This Company is a total SCAM, OUR DOGS hate it. I am throwing it in My dumpster and I will share a picture, No MONEY BACK!! They also make it so you can not leave a Negative Review on there WEBSITE Here is the catch, Customer Service Said. The food is excellent! All three of my dogs love it! They have more energy and sit patiently while I prepare their bowls! Great customer service and delivery as well! BG

My dogs love Happy Howl. I have tried other brands and they have a different response when I give them Happy Howl. They are much more happier to eat.
