New customer for picky and allergic pups
I have been using Farmers Dog for a year or more and one of my dogs is a picky eater and seemed to get tired of the food and the other has allergies. Their customer service is awesome but we need to try something else and my son’s dog eats Happy Howl and likes it. I’ve been a little hesitant since I like the customer service at Farmers Dog so much. However Happy Howl has been beyond helpful while I’ve been trying to figure out what to order. I know my dogs will like it because they have tried it. I’m looking forward to getting them started on it.

Grandma stew YUMMY

JUST LIKE MOM MAKES
i used to cook my dog’s food because i wanted to make it with simple ingredients with no “filler” additives. then we discovered Happy Howl. life is so much easier now, and he loves it as much as he loves my home cooking.

Your ordering system feels deceptive
Your ordering system feels deceptive. I ordered a sample pack to try and you signed me up for a subscription I had no idea about! I had already placed an order! Your food is expensive and now you’ve taken my money when I ONLY wanted the first shipment! You have literally made assumptions and shipped me two more! Do better to make sure customers know exactly what you are signing us up for in the order process. I did not budget for the extra $200 you took from me. I am disappointed in your ethics.
