Happy HowlWhere it started:Rocky changedeverything andI never set out to start a dog food company. My husky Rocky had the worst stomach on the planet. Years of vet visits, prescription diets, and hundreds spent on premium food brands. We tried everything. Nothing worked. So I decided to build it myself. 36 recipe iterations. Countless hours with vets and nutritionists. All chasing one question: what’s the best food we could possibly make for a dog? When we finally got it right, Rocky was the proof. He hasn't been sick in over 18 months. He runs three miles with me every morning. That's the standard every Happy Howl bowl is held to. Nothing less.Colin Buckley– Founder

We appreciate your feedback. Slight variations in moisture can happen depending on the batch, but every carton still contains the same full nutrition. We want to look into this for you—please email [email protected] with photos of the food so we can assist you directly.

A two-week delivery window is definitely not the standard we aim for, and we apologize for the holiday delays that disrupted your shipment. Thank you for your patience during that nationwide transit backup. We are thrilled that the food itself is a hit with your dogs, and we have noted your feedback regarding the packaging. We want every part of our service to meet your expectations, and we are working hard to make sure your next experience is seamless.
