I was advised via texts as to expected delivery and the food came well packed. I started Murphy on just a bit mixed in with her kibble, and increased it daily with no bowel issues. She loves it and has gotten her appetite back. She does a happy dance when she sees me get the box out. I like that it has NO dog food smell! Just like a well cooked human meal. Not cheap, but I feel it is money well spent and may even save me on vet bills as she ages. Thank you.

I cancelled my automatic multi pack order because my dogs started turning up their nose to it and go for days not eating. I believe the low protein content was problem because they are used to 45% protein content in food they were eating. I have started adding some protein and not feeding them as often and they are starting to eat. I will reconsider signing back up as I see you they do with this last 24 pack. I love the convenience of shelf life of this food and want to support the family owned business. Happy Howl cancelation was an excellent experience and I had no problems.
