What happened to the bags that were…
What happened to the bags that were sent to put the opened container in? The first orders had bags but the last two boxes had none. For the price it would be nice to have them.

My dog loves this food
My dog loves this food. Only 2 times did he not want it. I’m not sure if those 2 boxes were bad or what. And to tell you the truth my chickens wouldn’t eat those boxes either. Other than that 👍

I liked the fast delivery
I liked the fast delivery. My dog didn't seem to be interested in the food. He is an extremely picky eater. I tried mixing it with his other food with no luck.

Nik and Jax approved
Our Nik and Jax look forward to meal times. We started with a frozen product which was also great, but we humans are forgetful and our boys would let us know when we forgot to defrost. We also needed a product that was low in purines. As our dalmatians, are prone to stones. We found that the lamb stew has the lowest amt of organ meat. And we couldn't use the poultry one as one of our dogs is allergic. It always survives on time and we've had no problem skipping shipments When we start to get a stockpile. I highly recommend based on my boys satisfaction.

Thank you so much for the feedback! We always love hearing what our pet parents would like to see on the menu. While we think chicken is a great protein, we actually steer clear of it because it's one of the most common food allergens for dogs. To keep our recipes as safe as possible for pups with sensitivities, we stick strictly to beef, lamb, and turkey. We really appreciate your input as we look at ways to expand our variety in the future!

Six dogs sounds like a house full of love, but we completely understand how quickly the cost adds up for a pack that size! Package was crushed and opened there…
Package was crushed and opened there was tape across the actual food packages, some were smashed and the tabs were pulled open. It sat in the heat for some time probably when in Las Vegas for couple days. Food is runny, I put in refrigerator but still not solid. Bad batch/delivery.
