Happy HowlWhere it started:Rocky changedeverything andI never set out to start a dog food company. My husky Rocky had the worst stomach on the planet. Years of vet visits, prescription diets, and hundreds spent on premium food brands. We tried everything. Nothing worked. So I decided to build it myself. 36 recipe iterations. Countless hours with vets and nutritionists. All chasing one question: what’s the best food we could possibly make for a dog? When we finally got it right, Rocky was the proof. He hasn't been sick in over 18 months. He runs three miles with me every morning. That's the standard every Happy Howl bowl is held to. Nothing less.Colin Buckley– Founder

My hard-to-please Shih Tzu loves the food. It smells good and looks delicious - good enough for me to eat!
Response from Happy HowlJun 9, 2026
There is nothing better than the relief of finding a food that a picky pup actually gets excited about! We believe that healthy food should also be delicious food, so hearing that it smells good enough for humans to eat means we’re doing our job right. We are so happy to be the new favorite for your Shih Tzu. Thank you for being a part of our pack!

Easy ordering straight to my house… ready to serve food for my Missy ☀️ I like the long handle spoons and tall zip lock bags that came with my initial orders ✅ I like the multi serving food box of Happy Howl. I use half with a bit of water / cover and microwave briefly— then mix with the dry food 👌 My Great Pyrenees LOVES IT ALL TO THE LAST BITE 💛 … good for her digestion-energy and well being. Thank you Happy Howl !

Missy sounds like an absolute sweetheart, and we are so thrilled to hear that she loves her Happy Howl down to the very last bite! Your feeding routine sounds absolutely perfect—a little warm-up in the microwave is such a great way to bring out all those delicious aromas for her. We are so proud to support her digestion and energy, and we're glad our multi-serving boxes and starter tools are making life easy for you, too. Thank you for such a beautiful review and for being a wonderful part of our pack!
