Healthy food for my dog

Fast service and delivery. My buddy Luke loves the lamb meal and beef stew.

I tried to have it delivered every 8 weeks and you sent it early I tried to send you notify you. Left a message you were sending it too early. Since you did not respond I won't except delivery. Also my dog refuses to eat the food from last box sent, I have almost half left and would like a refund when I send it back, your web site says I can sent back food not eaten. I tried to explain not to send more but no one answers your phone or returns you voice mail. I would have kept the half box and just kept trying to get her to eat you it. And this may be the only way to get your attention

Great delivery!

Happy Howl is delivered promptly, and I like that it doesn't need to be stored in my freezer, unlike other food I've tried. More importantly, my dogs eagerly eat it. Hopefully, it will continue (my dogs have initially enjoyed other brands, only to stop eating them after a few months).

Food looks and smells good, however there seems to be an ingredient across all recipes that does not sit well with my dog. She loves the food, but it will give her incredibly bad gas and bloating for about two days. She won't eat again until it subsides. I've discontinued use. It's unfortunate as I love the shelf stable option vs. Frozen. I'm not sure what her digestive system is reacting to since she has never had sensitive stomach issues.

Great food. My dog loves it. We formerly used Farmers Dog but he stopped eating it about a month and a half in. Also freezing and thawing were inconvenient. My fingers are crossed that he will continue to like Happy Howl!

Warning-do not order from Happy Howl. I had previously posted reviews for Happy Howl dog food and I rated them high because I thought it was a good product and my dogs liked it but now I need to warn anyone who is thinking of ordering from them. Their customer service is not existent and they are crooks. They even created another $200 order under my name and charged my account. When I pointed out that my subscription had been canceled and even if it hadn’t been cancelled, I had it set up for every 3 weeks so there shouldn’t be a shipment at all, they tried to say I had another account but I didn’t. The shipment has not even left their facility but yet they refuse to refund me and cancel the order. They had also agreed to one price on the subscription and then suddenly increased it by $50 without warning or explanation. There is also no phone number to talk to anyone, just email with cut and paste responses. It doesn’t matter your complaint, they won’t do anything about it. This is what you will be dealing with if you order from them.
